    It's one for a more detailed discussion with a broker rather than a general conversation on here, as a lot of lenders will view this as a form of commercial finance given that the Ltd Co is the borrower rather than you.

    There may be some more conventional options but you'd need to speak with a broker to work out whether you can approach them, or whether it would be 'out and out' commercial funding.
