    Inactive (Dormant) Service is available

    Hello Houman,

At Crunch we have an inactive service, which is £6.50 plus VAT per month.

If you would message me, I am more than happy to speak on the phone in order to give you all the options.

    Speak to you soon.

Looking for accountant for a soon to be inactive account

    Hi,

I have been trading with my company for few years and have just started a perm role in Oct 2014. My year end finishes on 31/3/2015.

I am no longer trading obviously and no new money is coming into the account. No PAYEE is being paid out and only minimum expenses are paid out. Overall there is little activity.

A friend of mine was at SJD and when he stopped trading they were so nice to reduce the monthly fees to only £30/m (£36 inc VAT) a month for his in-active account until he would be trading again.

I would like to keep the company alive for the time being, but paying another £800 to Crunch to keep it going for another year seems too much to me. I asked Crunch and they don't seem to do the reduced fees for inactive accounts.

Do you know any good accountant that would do a year-end for an inactive account for about £400 a year? I would switch after my year-end is done by Crunch on 31/3/2015. Hence the account would be in perfect order, without any mess.

    You may also PM me.

    Many Thanks,
    Houman
