You deal with it in exactly the same way as you did when you first posted in 2010. and 2011. and 2012 etc. etc.

I assume you are both a director and shareholder of a Limited company, with this being your only source of income in the tax year.
If so, all your income will be covered on your self assessment within the employment and dividend sections.

If you are a limited company then it is all covered by the employment and dividends sections. You may also need to complete the service company question.
