    Yep definitely, was the highlight out of the little bit I watched.

    He used two phrases I quite liked when describing HMRCs powers in the bill... 'Innocent until proven guilty' and 'Judge and Jury' - Nice to know it's not us contractors banding that phrase around

    I know they mentioned earlier in the debate that they will not be making amendments at that reading, but does anyone know if they can be made at the next stage? (committee)
