I have never been, but this is a surefire cant lose system

1st race put a pound on the favourite to win

    2nd race (and onwards)
if you won on the last race put a pound on the favourite to win

if you lost the last race, double it and put it on the favourite to win

    repeat all day.
    you Absolutely cannot lose

    i only want 50%

Never been to Belle Vue but have been to Walthamstow and Wimbledon. I assume they're all the same though.

Pondlife pretty much summed it up. Except for the bit about actually eating the rank food. If possible, have a feed before you go out.

On the night, there will be about 10 people in the crowd who are serious about the dogs, and the other 400 are just out for a laugh, so there's no pressure to take it at all seriously.

      Tips:
Get a Racing Post from the newsagents before you go. Simply because they are more fun to work from than the sheets that the track provides.
Don't just stick to the Tote - have a go at using the trackside bookies. They are much more fun.

I have been to the dogs in London a few times, it's a good laugh with the right people. Food will be tulip though.

One tip, get a couple of local papers / tabloids and check out the tips. The first time I went one of the tipsters called every race but one correctly.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

I've been to the Brighton dog track and as far as I can remember the food was alright, not quite up to the standard of the Cheltenham racecourse panoramic restaurant on a spring evening event but ok.
Science isn't about why, it's about why not. You ask: why is so much of our science dangerous? I say: why not marry safe science if you love it so much. In fact, why not invent a special safety door that won't hit you in the butt on the way out, because you are fired. - Cave Johnson
