456
The Ferrari 456 and 456 M is a high-performance Ferrari front-engined grand tourer. The 456 was produced from 1992 until 2003. It was an overdue replacement for the defunct front-engined 412 as the company's premium 4-seat V12 car. The updated 456M was replaced in 2004 by the 612 Scaglietti.Comment

The 457 visa is the most commonly used program for Australian or overseas employers to sponsor skilled overseas workers to work in Australia temporarily. The full title of this subclass of visa is Temporary Business (Long Stay) - Standard Business Sponsorship (Subclass 457).
Holders of this visa may be employed for a period of between three months and four years, and may bring any eligible family members, who are allowed to work and study in Australia. Holders of the 457 visa have no limit on the number of times they travel in and out of Australia.
Employers must be approved by the Australian government as an eligible employer. Employees are not free to change to a different employer as the visa is not transferable.
Employees must be paid a minimum gross annual salary, based on a 38 hour week, of $57,300 AUD for employees in the IT industry and $41,850 AUD otherwise. These figures may be lower in regional areas.
Employees must meet minimum levels of work and English language skills, and must meet character and health requirements.
Whilst the employer can nominate a person for the particular position they are trying to fill, it is the Dept of Immigration and Citizenship which assesses and determines whether or not a visa will be granted.
There has been some controversy about whether 457 visas are being abused as source of cheap labor, rather than as a means to overcome skills shortages, and similarly whether workers on 457 visas are accorded the same rights are other workers.[1] [2] [3]
Mohamed Haneef was working in Australia under a 457 visa. This has renewed attention to this class of visa.[4][5]Comment
