More importantly, there are provisions in the legislation precisely against attempts to repay the loans and "redistribute in a tax efficient way".
Hi, do you have any information in relation to these provisions that you could send on (PM if required)? I've not managed to find any information in the legislation that specifically identifies what is and isn't a tax efficient distribution.
