People need to pay up before due date or get a 50% penalty. Unless they send in a LoR, when they need to pay before their extended due date(30 days of LoR being rejected).Comment

I just received a letter from Montp stating that the next step for Huitson is the Court of Appeal.
IANAL but the words 'waste of time' come to mind.
They also mention another legal challenge by a Mr Shiner. Is that the bloke who's just been struck off?Comment
