Tax avoidance clampdown - threatens rule of law

The Country is too broke to give a toss about niceties like the rule of law.
All of the parties spending plans, for the next Parliament, assume they can extract £billions from tax avoiders.
Without the "Bank of Tax Avoiders" they'd be totally screwed.
