    Wait! This is weird, I did a refresh and they are back to 16.00 again!

    Clearly CUK is trying that trick (in the Alfred Hitchcock movie summit about lanterns or lights or summit) to make me think I am going mad! It won't work CUK! My fairy won't let it!

    Aha! Closed IE, opened and it was back to 15.00 (got a screenshot!). Logged in (clears cookies on exit) and it goes to 16.00.
    I used to see that sort of problem regularly with vBulletin driven forums.

    I adopted a policy of modifying my forum settings to disable "automatic daylight savings" and change it manually twice a year.

    That way i only get that WTF? feeling twice a year when despite the best of intentions I forget to adjust it for a day or two.
