I heard that the police had been called to a "sudden death", but didn't find anything to suggest foul play. Lots of people do randomly die from heart attacks and the like, but was he a heavy drinker like so many seem to be? I don't remember hearing anything like that.
All random speculation. How come nobody ever remembers Filthy Rich and Catflap?
He had to stop drinking (and smoking) after he had his accident and was diagnosed with epilepsy. Whether he did or not will undoubtedly come out in the wash.
