The Scots will head faster towards abject poverty once they don't have the English bailing out the obese gits.
Unlike the UK, which only has two parties?

But there are. The courts. The police. The press. The army. The Queen. And most importantly - The Public.

You think that writing down a "constitution" on a bit of paper would be any more secure? Of course not.

Do you really believe if the 600 MP's decided to vote to abolish democracy that nothing would happen?

Explain how each of these has a constitutional function in over-riding the supremacy of Parliament.

              No. This is getting tedious.

Hitler was democratically voted in, so anything is possible

Particularly with governments giving powers away to the EU.

Because Parliament is supreme and if it wishes to act to disable democratic instruments, then it cannot be challenged constitutionally. Any challenge would be unconstitutional: e.g. military coup, popular revolution, general strike, appointment by the Privy Council of an interim administration. Any of these might be justified, but they would not be constitutionally justified.

                    Now, stop being so wrong.
