    OK then.

      Zip, everything gone, everything accomplished in human history counts for nothing.

      "At 20 billion to 30 billion years, the sun will expand into a red ball and die, overwhelming Earth with the heat.
      Oceans will boil and evaporate, and other planets near the sun also will burn, leaving nothing but orbiting chunks of barren rock.
      <snip>
      100 trillion trillion trillion years from now, marks the end of all planets.
      <snip>
      And then, at cosmological decade 100, the dark era begins.
      Once the black holes have radiated away, the universe will consist of a diffuse sea of electrons, positrons, neutrinos and radiation

      1 plus 200 zeroes and the universe is totally black.
      "

      But, if humans can invent time travel ...

        Humans can't even invent a decent frozen pizza, so the outlook is not good.

          Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

          No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

            Where did those numbers come from? The sun, as far as I'm aware, has little more than 6 billion years left before it dies.

            That aside, the earth will be too warm to host any water in closer to 1 billion years from now - no no life as we know it.

              WHS, and the universe will be "totally black" a long time before 10^200 years, more like 10^12

                The most prevalent category (aside from cancers) are neurological disorders, the treatments available for things like MS, ME, Parkinsons, Alzheimers have changed very little in the last 10-15 years and all seek to manage symptoms as opposed to reversing or curing the disease. Stem cell treatments and such like are still yet to be proven even in rats.. Typically, it takes 10 years to make available treatments proven on lab rats to human-kind ... That's if they do transition successfully.
