It's a weak joke, Edim Rossiyu means 'We eat Russia' and is meant to parody United Russia party (Edinaya Rossiya), dead funny or what?

It does make sense. In 1999 Putin removed gay relations from mental disorders registry, so he took pro gay stance in comparison to the Soviet regime (predecessor of the Communist Party) which was instructing children that:
"With all the tricks at their disposal, homosexuals seek out and win the confidence of youngsters. Then they proceed to act. Do not under any circumstances allow them to touch you. Such people should be immediately reported to the administrative organs so that they can be removed from society."
As for the significance of the bear chasing the family, here it is:

If UKIP are the answer, then it must have been a very stupid question.

          Strange isn't it?

The anti-Putin thing is largely driven by Americans. For some strange reason the Americans have decided that the Russians are the new bad guys.

Maybe to distract us from the Yankee retreat from Afghanistan? Or perhaps bombing the Ayrabs just got a bit boring..

Perhaps they just have the biggest loudest gobs.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

And very strong Indian lobby. Obama is too scared to do anything that would upset Indians.

Hence the other 'joke' on the poster before the 'Yedim Rossiya' bit - 'Paraziticheskaya Partiya', sounds a bit like 'Politikicheskaya Partiya' i.e. Parasite Party sounds a bit like Political Party...

Parasite Party (we'll) eats Russia sounds a bit like Political Party United Russia.

How we laughed, ha, ha, ha, ha.
