Hmmm, maybe Putin hijacked it

Well I already pointed out that the Russians have an ECM system allegedly capable of GPS spoofing and allegedly already used (by Iran) to capture a US drone, so it's not entirely beyond the realm of the possible. Why they would want it and what they would do with it is anyone's guess of course.
