I love Sin, make the story as debauched as you like. Might even make my tail pop out if it's really saucy!
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

I've just noticed that your avatar is Shodan from System Shock 2. Puts a shiver down my spine when I think of the 2 weeks of my life I spent playing that.

Cheeko, I see you have decided to practice what you preach, and deliberately start a thread insulting pagans. Yawn. Run along little boy.

Paganism was here, in its myriad flavours, amongst many other 'isms (like Animism for example) several thousand years before your shiny new religion, which deliberately stole several of the pagan festivals in order to infiltrate itself more easily in to people's lives.

There's a name for something that rides on the back of something else and attempts to subvert and ultimately control the host : parasite.

You might like to ponder this. Anyway, nice job on winding people up with your fruit-bat ideas. It really does put a smile on people's faces. Are you training to be a counter-religious comedian ?
Of all tyrannies, a tyranny sincerely exercised for the good of its victims may be the most oppressive. It would be better to live under robber barons than under omnipotent moral busybodies. The robber baron's cruelty may sometimes sleep, his cupidity may at some point be satiated; but those who torment us for our own good will torment us without end for they do so with the approval of their own conscience.

              No comments Monkey...

Chico is weird - what can possibly be wrong with a bunch of young women in tight leather clothes making a sacrifice at midnight?

By the way Chico - when you get time, can you please explain why is that Christians picked date around Pagan day of Yule for Christmas, perhaps because it would make it easy to "upgrade" them to proper organised religion?

BGG why are offended by the word pagan? It is not an insult but it is however the description of the self styled atheist proponents who seem to frequent this board and I will act as a check on their excesses and a balance to their irrational rants.

Chico - your buddies burned the Templars alive by accusing them of worshipping satan and other Pagan things and rituals. In the Church's mouth word "pagan" is synonim to being heretic, and you do know, Chico, what your Church did to supposed heretics?

Interesting counter argument: if you make the leap of faith and believe in god, consequently, you can make a leap of faith and not believe in the existance of god:

Not going to piss on your parade Chico, as you know I read the stuff you post and you know some of my family are into your perspective of faith, but you've got to allow people room to express their ideas, whether you think it's right or wrong.

And this link is no liberal, mealy mouthed, Peruvian hat wearing, fairtrade coffee drinking sentiment, it's simply another human being exploring a different path to his life.
