While this is undoubtedly true in your case, most of us aren't recruitment agents.
While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

      As I said, what I find unpleasant about the Amazon thing is the corporate BS thrown at people, but perhaps that's a minor complaint. When I worked in a warehouse the people working there were doing it for one or more of three basic reasons;

      - unable to find something better and frustrated by it (about 20% in the place I worked)
      - unable or unwilling to do something more complex but basically cheerful and contented and glad that their work was clear and directed by someone else (about 40% at a guess)
      - students and the like earning a bit of money to supplement income (about 40%)
And what exactly is wrong with an "ad hominem" argument? Dodgy Agent, 16-5-2014

With augmented reality we could fill the warehouse floors with coins to pick up, shelves with stars and if their productivity falls below par the managers appear as Super Mario baddies.

Even I would do that job for minimum wage.

After all you are not exactly going to get bored because you don't have two brain cells to allow yourself to become bored.
Being told to pick stuff fast is fine but doing it to an automated voice is not.

            Exactly.

of course the real reason the liberals are against Amazon is because it is such a success. Liberals hate people and companies being successful - they are motivated by envy, hatred, and a desire to destroy.

Do you really believe anyone is motivated by "envy, hatred, and a desire to destroy"? Seriously?

I'm against it and I'm definitely not a Guardianista living in Islington or Hampstead

Why do assume everyone who disagrees is a liberal ?
Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

                  Yes I do.
Society is full of evil beggers, and some of them dress themselves up as socialists.

Because if you were not a liberal you would take the view (correctly) that it is a free country, and nobody forces you to work for Amazon.

Precisely, just like the fact that no-one is forcing you to breathe! (*)

(*) Actually you could say they are because if you stop breathing then you die which means unless you are actually dying (#) then you're committing suicide which is against the law...

(#) You could actually argue that we are dying from the second we are conceived, our only aim in living is to die, but I don't think that works in court...
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.
