Go one step further than that: get rid of the government altogether. And replace it with 4 guys called Bob who rubber stamp the tax forms. If you think my attitude stinks, you should smell my fingers. -

Council budgets should be fully browsable online with exactly how that money has been spent, who decided to spend it and who it was spent on.
Council tax payers should be able to login to said system and veto decisions if requested in necessary number. Full democracy at local level.
It would stop the "4 weeks at the world cup next year is necessary to how my council delivers services" and Asian lesbian outreach centres might find it a bit tougher to get their 2 million a year budgets signed off.
As an aside why does IE 11 spell checker not know the word browsable?Comment

As in "cover me in chocolate and throw me to the lesbians!" ?Originally posted by original PM View Postthink you need to have another think about lesbiansSocialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.
No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.Comment
