They have plenty of chances to accessorize to show of their wealth, shoes, phone, bag, laptop etc.
All the third world seem to take a pride in their uniform, I thought Japan did too. In Thailand it is 'normal' for a teacher to cut a chunk of hair off if it is too long (girls and boys).Comment
