    Its often a lot more than that, and often in skills they are simultaneously trying to hire. People can leave with the top staff rating (aka big bonus for supposedly being good at their job, although a lot of bum licking is involved) and two years pay lump sum additionally after as little as two years service.

    Worse than that I have seen them hire tens of people, who all on their first day as new starters were given 6 months pay and asked not to come back!

    Not to mention the corrupt goings on with their embedded Indian outsourcers.

      They need to hire people so they can be seen to be getting rid of people to keep the shareholders happy.
