It's a bloody civil war your talking about, it's a complex mess, not good guys in white hats and bad guys in black hats (paraphrased Diane Abbott).

You go in there and fight Assad and you are joining forces with Al Qaeda - talk about having principles, have you forgotten about 7/7?

Tony Blair yacht-hops as Syria crisis grows | Latest News | News | Daily Star. Simply The Best 7 Days A Week

But a day after the shocking chemical attack in Syria was first reported last Wednesday, Mr Blair, 60, flew to Sardinia on a private jet and dined at a swish restaurant.

He was then taken by motor launch to the 377ft superyacht Pelorus, owned previously by Chelsea football club owner Roman Abramovich, 46, but now by music mogul David Geffen, 70.

Mr Blair was also believed to have visited an even bigger vessel, called Topaz, before heading to the playboy resort of St Tropez in the south of France at the weekend.

U.S. Says It Believes Syria Used Chemical Weapons - WSJ.com

From the above (Wall Street Journal):

"The team must be able to conduct a full, thorough and unimpeded investigation," said U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon on Sunday night. However, the team is only mandated to determine if chemical weapons were used, not who used them, Mr. Ban's spokesman said.

There will be no confirmation of weapons being used by Assad. Why is everybody not even considering the possibility (extreme possibility IMO) of terrorists using chemical weapons?! After all it's the Americans who keep warning us what Al Qaeda would do if terrorists got their hands on chemical weapons!!!!!!

The Americans are going to war even though their official foe (the same type of guys who committed 9/11 ironically) committed the atrocity. Go figure!

It's been considered and dismissed, because it's not a credible assertion. As far as anyone knows the rebels simply don't have access to the sort of firepower required to mount an attack on this scale, and all of the intelligence appears to point the other way i.e. the rumoured Israeli intelligence reports linking the regime to the attack, supposed intelligence on Syrian army troop movements in the buildup to the attack, intercepted communications from high level Syrian officials that the US apparently plan to release later today.

While you're waiting, read the free novel we sent you. It's a Spanish story about a guy named 'Manual.'

Good. The more Mr B Liar visits yachts, the greater the chance of him falling in the sea.

Good, let's see all this evidence, instead of the photoshop exhibition that Colin Powell showed of a truck driver stopping outside a khazi in Iraq.

But we had the same credible evidence with WMD in Iraq and we know how that turned out, why should we be convinced they are telling the truth now ?
