I once had a Dark Star type conversation with a DBA late into the evening during a deployment, as Bob had copied and pasted the instructions verbatim from the pre-prod to prod deployment with no amendment for server names or IP addressing, sadly (and rightly so) the DBA refused to deviate from any of the scripted instructions...
