I know it's not much, but if I take the money out I'll probably just blow it on a couple of pints or a one year pass for as many free goes on Old Gregs mum.

It's a quandary all right.

Consensus from those that have expressed an opinion is to roll the winnings forward and get more tickets (but without putting any more real money in). The 'winning' comes from the warm, fuzzy feeling we get from knowing we're supporting the lottery's 'good causes'. But happy to pay out to anyone who wants their dosh.
