Yes, what was this project about?

They've had some kind of digital archive system for several years, because I was contracting there about four years ago (on another project) working with a permie who later became one of the main archive techies

Was it to release the archive contents to the public and somewhow monetize it?

"The project is 3 years old, I am new on the project and most of my team is new"
"Some of the requirement are not very clear, and the delivery method to the users has not been decided yet"
"We are in development, but we have many design issues that have yet to be sorted out."

For these reasons, I'm out!
