      Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

        This, plus criticising his players who seem a bunch or surly individuals at times, and not paying much attention to the 'holistics', as they described it. Mainly the academy and younger players.

        I'm not sure Pelligrini has a track record for youth development either, and at his age and living 8000 miles from his wife and kids, I'm wondering why he is favourite. He is obviously good at forming team spirit though.
