50Mb broadband - thank you welsh assembly

This is interesting. I just did a speedtest with my 3g dongle and I get 3.2Mbps down and 1.4Mbps up. Compared to .5 and .25 with my ADSL respectively.

There is no brainer really. I may just switch to 3G. But it seems the 3G routers are very fussy about the 3G dongle they work with.

Well done the the Welsh assembly for taking a sensible strategic decision. Now all those Londoners that bought holiday homes in the valleys can come and work up there in the week as well (they will still bring all their food with them in Watrose carrier bags just to point out how upper class they are! )

Yeah, totally agree. Got rid of my BT phoneline and broadband and got Virgin fibre - 120Mbps - cabinet right outside my house.

Can I boast how quick it takes to download a 4Gb rip?

Playing L4D2 and Skyping is now interrupt free and crystal clear. All hail to the fibre!
