                    If the bank do disclose the accounts to inland revenues then they will be breaking their agreements with their clients, hence they can be sued??
                    In agreements with customers it will say clearly that the bank-customer agreements supersedes any country law

                      I didn't think a contract could supersede law. If it comes down to it then the law will always win, the contract has to work within the law. I am not a lawyer though.
