What's your problem with the poll tax? It sounds to me a lot fairer than current concil tax.

Poll Tax was a mess, if the property was empty you would expect not to pay. Oh no, you had to pay Poll Tax as if somebody was living there. And then there were Poll Tax exemptions for low earners but not for self-employed out of work. It is even worse now. I’ll f6c7in kick the bollex in of any politician any day
