    Indeed; build in at least one rest day, and replace one of the runs with a swim or a bike ride. Once you get tendinitis, it hurts, it slows you down, it can (indirectly) cause muscle atrophy on the affected limb and it doesn't go away easily, as my right knee demonstrates.
