Was "The Cage" colourized? I've seen a recording of it where certain scenes were b&w
Some scenes did originally exist only in B&W and there was a VHS release (early 90s I think). Not long after the colour prints were discovered in some mis-labelled film cans and it was thereafter re-released in colour.

I watched it (again). Some of the scenes do appear to be colourized. I assume there is a mix. Still a good first episode and I liked its subsequent revisit later.
