        Stupid site design.

They have a link for online banking which is borked.

I want to get to my credit card account which is another tab on the borked link.

Find the credit card link in my history and log on to credit card service works fine.

Due to daft site design, you can't get to the working link from the Natwest site home page.

Wander round the site and find Credit Card management and the link works.

So I'm alright Jack - shame about those poor peeps who use online banking though!

I'm sure the out-souring agreement states that they will proudly deliver the same service they get in India, so there ya go.

Wasn't there a huge NatWest incident that cost RBS millions last year ?

Last June. At least this one isn't at the month end.

Anyone have any ideas what might have caused it? Another database mistake?

RBS group should look into the Access system I built a few years back. Running so solid I never get a support call on it. Holding over 10M rows of data.

RBS I'm waiting for your call.
