What are you doing this weekend?

Entertaining a slighter older lady tomorrow evening with a seven course Italian meal:-

Courgette and parmesan soup amuse bouche
Clams in a white wine sauce
Prawns wrapped in prosciutto and fried in butter
Pizza Florentine
Caprese salad
Tagliatelle and creamy lobster sauce
Espresso Granita
Creme Caramel

This weekend I have absolutely nothing planned and Gf chef is away so I'm all home alone..

So, now, what shall I do?

I'll make some scrambled eggs and smoked salmon breakfast then go read the paper in bed for starters..
