Everyone one in the states has nice teeth. At birth anyone with bad teeth gets laid flat on a pillow.... -

In England it seems that good teeth are something you have to pay to maintain. Most people I know wouldnt pay what I pay for my private dentist, cant afford it. But can afford to smoke, have lots of meals out etc etc Teeth seem to be a low priority to everyday people.Comment
