I can hear him now, making wolf noises, stamping his feet and smashing things up. His father has now screamed at him and they're out in the garden yelling at each other.

I don't really like the idea of getting involved but sometimes I think I should call the police.
WTF does the resolution of his telly have to do with any of this ????

Yes, it will help. Especially if they are using bad language and there are children in the surrounding area. I know, as I've had the police out twice to my neighbours. And the council involved twice. Was a lot of hassle, but it did cure the problems for the most part.

Their son (30 years of age) restricts himself these days to clapping all day at his cat and any pigeons that land near his garden. He is not mentally deficient in any way; he just loves to sit at home all day, not working, sponging off his parents. And they are stupid enough to let him do this.

I grew up in a sh1thole where neighbours were always fighting and their out of control kids causing misery in the street constantly. Police did basically nothing.

Now I'm all grown up and can do my own thing I choose not to live within a quarter of a mile of anybody even though my nearest neighbours are all professional people with kids mostly at boarding school or decent uni's.

I'm sure your neighbour fantasises about callihg the police, but doesn't think he can grass up his son (however much stuff he smashes up). You might be doing him a favour...?

What is more worrying is that MTT has taken to backs drinks. Man up and get back on the beer like a proper forward
