I made one post on the Caravan Forum (it was a sasguru-style 'No. Next...') and it was deleted in 5 minutes flat.

    Pah...

All my contributions seem to have disappeared, including my excellent advice for the lady with wiring problems, and the dangers of cross-winds when towing a caravan at 120mph.

I think more subtlety is called for next time we go on tour.

        Agreed!

We have to accept that pushing it with the posts will be hilarious, but short-lived.

Mind you, for the serious caravaners, it has probably been the most exciting day in their lives.

Back to the plot, and the first problem was being a load of unconnected new members who just happened to sign up on the same day. I've thought about this.

Someone should go on a scouting mission and identify the most respected member, and then we all make out as if he told us about the site on another forum somewhere.

Speak for yourself. Sasguru, the ex-services, second-hand caravan,
newbie is still an esteemed member of the forum.

Clog's advice on 12v wiring is still there as well. In fact one of the laydeez of the forum is asking him what VB scripting is. Get in there my son.
