Oh bugger, I can't do the confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways at the end

I saw a role advertised once where one of the criteria was (exact wording):

* Ability to react positively to constant setbacks / failures

Found out later that the guy who was currently doing the role had handed his notice in and was asked to write his own job description for a replacement. Obviously nobody checked through it before advertising it.
