16 charges. Some for offences against children. Also charged with 'making indecent images' which means they've found kiddie porn on his laptop.
I'm all for 'innocent until proved guilty' but my money is on him going down.
Plus, he's Australian and has a beard. I'm hearing the word ... "Nonce"Guy Fawkes - "The last man to enter Parliament with honourable intentions."Comment

Sounds like he didn't do any more than behave like a typical boorish male of the time.
Amazed it ever came to court.
I mean, this Vivien Whasserchops's allegations of him jiggling her titties whilst trying to read a news bulletin are hardly going to see him joining the "gorillas in the mist" on Rule 43, even if it were true.
And why do these people sit on these stories for all this time and then come crawling out of the woodwork claiming they've been oh so traumatised (and I'm not referring to the serious allegations in other cases here). She should have finished reading that bulletin, turned around and kicked him in the bollocks. That would have been the end of it.
Anyone who tries anything like that on me in the pub ends up wearing my pint.
And they know it. From experience.Comment

Hypothetical situation - If you were a newsreader with the jiggled titties:
At the time you dealt with it, and didn't take it further.
Many years later, you hear that serious allegations of sexual assault have been made against the jiggler.
You would come forward and say that, whilst he never did XYZ to you, he did jiggle your tits.
I suspect that's why they come 'crawling out the woodwork'.Comment
