Yeah, that must be it. That must also be why I took my money out of the 'gold plated' pension scheme that was available when I worked in the public sector, having decided it wasn't worth keeping it there.

So just becuase you invested your money into property, the rest who have followed the traditional pension scheme route are mugs ? Also, the state pension could be a ppyramid scheme but a personal plan never is, unless you have proof otherwise.
