The Mrs had someone at £15 per hour to come around and clean. Of course she'd tidy up before the cleaner came around as well.

I was offered to pay someone in the Docks in Plymouth, 40 quid she said for a blow job, I misheard 14 quid, so I said another quid for the tip, but I did it anyway (1984 ref there)...
