Part of the rigorous selection process was a full Myers-Briggs profile, I only accept ENTP profiles for forum moderator positions. They were allowed to take the test multiple times until they got the answers right, seemed fair to me. The fact that NAT took all week should have been a sign, realityhack asking cojak to do his while he buggered off for a session was another.

Along with the handsome salary I pay them I am more than happy to also pay for some forum moderator training too. I am sure they won't mind a day off invoicing to complete it.
