I've got the most wonderful recipe that was imparted to my wife and I by a French chef we know called Roget.

A simple melange of assorted herbs, olive oil and (here's the clincher) Frangelico.

The licqueur imparts a wonderful nutty almost satay like flavour to the meat. I can well recommend.
