There is NO court hearing in Sweden, not even an arrest warrant. He is wanted for questioning but once back in Sweden he fear is; he will be sent to the US.

US got pretty strong justice system and given his well known status he'll get lawyers to defend himself.

What he might not want to do is go see in the eyes the poor chap who leaked him data and who'll be doing time for him whilst Assange can go around the world and shag women.
