the contract im on at the moment is below me. i only did it for a stop gapper, while i looked for more suitable roles, inwhich i have been successful.

i think your missing the point.

i have made the choice to leave the uk. i also got offered a senior position in London, but i decided on the netherlands as i cant ******* STAND LONDON and LONDON types!

Dont like working here. i think its tulip. im leaving it to the polish to enjoy.

Altough I must say I do avoid London myself, dont think that working in Amsterdam will be a breeze either.

They will expect you to hit the ground running straight away and if you dont fit into their peculiar Dutch work culture you wont last five minutes.

Main aspects of the Dutch workplace are endless meetings and then woe betide you if you try to impress work hard , you will be despised as being a man above others and the group will plot your downfall, the group can even fire a boss if they dont like them.

And if you dont shine they will COMPLAIN that you are getting more money than they are for the same work NEVER TELL THEM YOUR RATE ...

Dont make the mistake of thinking that because they speak English they are just like the folks inthe UK , they aint, but good luck anyway .
