The witching hour, as I usually have to be up at seven and seven hours is enough sleep. I only need 8 if I'm catching up, otherwise it's too much...six hours and I wake up tired and groggy

in bed for about 9/9:30 fall asleep around 11:30 (2hrs of surfacing and catching up on days events)
up at 6/6:30 whether i like it or not daughter is like clockwork, in the office for 7:30/45

When the GF is here, between 11 and 12.
When she's not, between 12 and 2. But sometimes as late as 5-6 if the pub is doing a late one
If I really have to be up next day, around 11, but then I can't sleep and always end up knackered next day.Comment

It changes over the years for me. I fit it in with the gig I am on.
I can go for years on 6.5 hours a night, but then I have to catch up.
At the moment I am wfh, so I am in catch-up mode, sleeping 10 hours a night with a 2 hour snooze in the day, eventually I will get sated, then shift back to looney mode
