As a rich country Britain is fulfilling its responsibilty to the world by contributing to the IMF.
It is indeed a scandal that IMF money could go to a rich but badly managed region like Euroland.
And the reason it is in such a state is that is led by economic cretins who think like you.
People who support the Euro, and when that causes an economic catastrophe compound the problem with austerity, without fxing the underlying problem: the uncompetiveness of Southern Europe within the Euro.
    Hard Brexit now!

You can't really - UK will have to make much bigger donation to IMF instead of making donation to European cause.

Greece's problem got nothing to do with euro but everything to do with debt.

Western countries used debt and outsourcing of jobs to cheaper countries as engine for growth for far too long and it does not matter if you are in euro land or not - UK got plenty of debts.

The only difference euro makes is that Greece can't easily devalue currency to shaft creditors - unfortunately there was no effective control over debt addicted Govts and UK isn't exception in this despite being out of euro.

            .
If you think that you really are an idiotic moron of the first order.

So Portugal, Spain, Greece, Ireland and Italy are not where they are because of the Euro?
I despair at the depth of your cretinism.

If I decide to move that would probably be US. It has no relevancy on discussion however.

If Greece did not have so much debt it would be fine because in order to avoid debt it would have to have balanced budget.

Let's say Greece was out of euro but they still had euro denominated bonds. How would that be any different now apart from them going bust and taking same euro banks who stupidly lent them money?
