FFS, you get up at 5am and you don't call it bad?

I hope they are paying you good money in that place you work for

Yeah, but I like it. Down to the ground floor in the lift, out through the security doors into a little square, everyone one wrapped up in coats apart from me; just a shirt and jeans. A quick blast of arctic wind around the nether regions followed by a hit of nicotine gets one rock hard for the next clientco problem...

When I was in Munich it was -19c. -18c is a sign of AGW.

I remember working just outside of Munich and it was 32c yet still being able to see snow on the Alps

It's global warming innit, warmer, warmer, warmer!

I can think of only one industry where being rock hard helps to solve clientco problems.

It is jolly nippy out there. The slight wind makes a big difference.

And the Southern Hemisphere is backing hot
Averaged over Australia, daytime temperatures were 0.43 °C below average (the 13th coolest year on record, out of 63). New South Wales and Western Australia recorded maximum temperatures 0.74 and 1.51 °C below average, respectively. For Western Australia it was the third coolest January on record. For a large area of inland Western Australia, January maxima were more than 5 °C below average for the month.

-3 today when cycling in. Plus I was cycling into the wind - it felt like a knife cutting through me.
