Last week, a woman in our office sent out a meeting request with details of her leaving drinks. She's a pain in the arse and I forwarded the meeting request onto the guy I sit next to, with the comment
The main party will be elsewhere. The one she isn’t coming to!! The Happy You Are Leaving do
The trouble was it looked like it had included her on the request! I started to write an apology of sorts but decided to test the mechanism. If you forward on a meeting request it sends the meeting organiser a message to say that you have forwarded it, but does not tell them what you put in your mail. How much did I cack it? If I'd sent the apology I would have droped myself into it also! Never apologise!!Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.
I preferred version 1!Comment

Vetran does this mean you are what is commonly known as a "switch hitter" ?Originally posted by vetran View PostDepends, I'm forever doing it, some seem to like it, others are confused. Haven't had any complaints yet. I have worked with most of the people for 8 years.
But then I comment on both sexes and it isn't sexually motivated.
I hope they have the courage to do the same the other way.
Well many do when I'm in my lycra

I ended up with a few quid in my pocket, the medical museum got a new exhibit and little NLUK got a nearly new orange in his Christmas stocking. So all's well that ends well.Originally posted by DodgyAgent View PostWhat happened over that incident involving the orange, box of clingfill and the rounders bat then?Comment
