Well, I plan to visit Olympics actually, and I sure as hell won't be renting out my home to some unknown people. Why? I don't have to.Originally posted by sasguru View PostIf it makes you feel less of a loser to think so ...
Guess it's the other way around in your expensive neighbourhood with that massive "City" salary your sad permie job providers you with.
Your neighbours will probably be happy though, until you get back.Last edited by AtW; 5 January 2012, 17:35.Comment

Can someone tell the fantasists here that Wandsworth is completely the other side of London to where the Olympics are taking place ie east London. Luton or Southend is more convenient than flipping Wandsworth!Speaking gibberish on internet talkboards since last Michaelmas. Plus here on TwitterComment

If my house was anywhere near Olympics I'd charge £100k for a few weeks of rent of my mansion in Wandsworth!Originally posted by MrMark View PostCan someone tell the fantasists here that Wandsworth is completely the other side of London to where the Olympics are taking place ie east London.

sasguru is not the only council tenant to do thisOriginally posted by sasguru View PostNice try but no cigar
Certain areas in London are in demand internationally, what happens in the City is neitehr here no there.
I'll be renting out the house for £20K over the olympics, using the proceeds for a super luxury holiday.
Enjoy your bedsit in the Reich, loser.
