    For you, the 'consultancy' will essentially be acting just like any other agent.

    I got three good years of work out of using that type of arrangement.

    Having said that, we all had worked together before and could be pitched as a project team. Outsiders were recruited only when specialist skills were needed to deliver a specific project.

    So the question would be whether or not there is likely to be any repeat work for you but that is no reason not to treat it like any other contract.
