Hmmm, debatable that one. Although, of course, there are circumstances where a comma after an "and" is necessary for clear meaning.
For example:
I respect my parents, God and L. Ron Hubbard.
versus
I respect my parents, God, and L. Ron Hubbard.Comment

Here, the comma groups together "grammar and spelling".
